To prevent scanning fraud, your receipts are set to automatically expire after 1 hour, unless you’ve asked us to change it. This is in place so that old receipts can't be scanned by a customer who did not make that specific purchase.
LoyalTree also defaults to require 30 minutes to pass between receipt scans. This prevents a user from finding a bunch of receipts and scanning them in succession.
