What about my customers that don't have smart-phones?

LoyalTree was built as mobile loyalty program in part because of the way the market saturation of smart-phones continues to grow. Currently, 7 out of 10 adult mobile subscribers own a smartphone and that number is estimated to keep increasing (based on a 2014 Nielson survey).

However, we have gotten feedback asking for a way to accommodate customers that don't have smart-phones. We’re now in the midst of developing a non-smart phone solution so be on the look out for that coming soon!
