Password reset/Forgot my password

If you forgot your password and need to reset it, go to the “Log In” screen and tap “Forgot Password”. You’ll then get a temporary password sent to your email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder and any other folders that your email service may put emails from unrecognized addresses in. If after that you still don’t see it, please email us at support@loyaltree.com, we’ll reset it for you and send you the new password.
