How do I find a reward on my customer's phone?

Have your customer open the LoyalTree Rewards app and sign in. If she or he has already joined your program, go to "My Programs" and tap on your program tile. If the customer is redeeming the joining reward, or a reward that has already been purchased with points from your rewards store, it will appear under "Rewards" in the app. If a customer needs help buying a reward from your rewards store, tap on the "Store" tab. Select the desired reward and tap “Purchase.” The reward will then be added to your “Rewards” section.
