My customer is having an issue with the app

If a customer reports having an issue with the LoyalTree app, please have them contact us directly. They can do this via the customer support section in the app, or by emailing us at  support@loyaltree.com.

  • the email address associated with their Loyaltree account
  • the exact text of any error message received
  • a picture of their receipt if they need points credited to their account: the pre-tax total and the name of the restaurant need to be visible on the receipt
  • their device type and the operating system it is currently running (e.g. iPhone 6, with iOS 8.2)
  • any applicable screenshots demonstrating the issue they are having
